On rare occasions, severe weather conditions (such as heavy snow, ice, flooding, or other unforeseen events) may make it unsafe for us to open the salon or for clients to travel. If this happens and we have no option but to close, please be assured that we will always act with care, fairness, and understanding.

What happens if we need to close:

• Affected clients will be contacted as soon as possible via phone, text, or social media.

• Any appointments disrupted due to weather-related closure will not be cancelled, but rescheduled to our next available appointment.

• We are unable to guarantee immediate rebooking, as appointments are made in advance, but we will always do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible.

Important to note:

• Severe weather closures are beyond our control and are made solely with safety in mind.

• We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during these situations, as rearranging multiple appointments takes time.

• Our usual cancellation policies do not apply when the closure is initiated by us due to severe weather.
