Dog grooming salons and Furst Class Lounge often have comprehensive service agreements for various reasons. These agreements are not intended to be a cover-up for businesses but to provide clarity to customers and transparency for dog owners regarding their expectations before or after grooming. Grooming a dog of any age can be a complicated process, and responsible socialisation, acclimatisation, and home grooming are essential to ensure the safety and well-being of the animal. Unexpected events may occur during the grooming process, so it is crucial to have clear guidelines and expectations outlined in a service agreement to provide customers with a comprehensive understanding and not hold the groomer responsible for incidents that may occur through no fault of their own or the business.
Apparel, Leads, Collars, Harnesses, and Accessories
We recommend that you bring your pet for grooming with minimum restraints. Please take away extra accessories such as treat bags, poo bag holders and car seat restraints with you when checking your dog in at reception. We usually return your pet to the rest cage ready for pick up wearing their collar/harness and lead for safety reasons. If your pet chews or damages any restraints or accessories while waiting for pick up, Furst Class Lounge cannot be held responsible for the damage or replacement cost. If your dog will likely chew their restraints while in a rest cage, please clarify this when checking your pet at reception. Thank you.
Access to Furst Class Lounge grooming services and products available through this Website and premises (collectively, the “Services”) is subject to the following terms, conditions, notices and information (“Terms of Service”). By registering and using the services, you agree to all these terms, conditions, notices and information provided without modification. Furthermore, you acknowledge that we may update the Terms of Service occasionally.
By signing your customer agreement and record card, you agree that any photographs taken on FCL premises will be the sole property of Furst Class Lounge Ltd.
Our website showcases pictures of dogs groomed by FCL, along with location shots. We do not use stock images to promote our products and services, as they are exclusively owned by Furst Class Lounge Limited. The Gold Dog Logo is a licensed image of FCL.
By signing the Furst Class Lounge customer agreement and record card, you agree to our full terms and conditions of service and that any photographs taken on FCL premises become the sole property of Furst Class Lounge Ltd.
