Furst Class Lounge is fully air-conditioned and fitted with a fresh-air exchange system to ensure the comfort of all our guests all year round. Our meticulous cleaning and disinfection schedule is carried out continuously, comparable to any quality human salon.
Meet & Greet Our professional groomers will personally hand over your dog to you to ensure we receive any health, condition, or style updates. This will also ensure that your pet feels comfortable upon arrival. We will check that your contact details are up-to-date as well. We have planned your scheduled arrival time to ensure that your pet’s grooming appointment is taken care of right away. We will begin with a basic health check by the groomer.
A personal grooming record will keep track of your contact details, grooming preferences, skin and coat condition, health, and behaviour.

Gentle Bathing with the HydroBath Pro® We use HydroBaths because they are unquestionably the best UK-designed and built system for delivering the most effective dog bathing experience.
The built-in pump and heating unit create a warmed, pressurised solution of ReQual Treatments, which allows full penetration into the coat for fast, efficient and superior bathing that adapts to any size dog. We have additional professionally installed valves in each HydroBath for safety, temperature control and peace of mind.
Groomed to Perfection
Hand blow and fluff dry using the latest state-of-the-art dryers and coat conditioning products. We use American-designed Doublek Dryers because they are industry leaders for safety, quiet operation, and build quality.

Nail Cutting: It’s important to trim your pet’s nails regularly to prevent discomfort, difficulty walking, and joint issues.
Resilking serum is added to the finished coat. Resilk is a professionally formulated serum that gives a natural shine, improves moisture balance, prevents a build-up of static energy, offers UV protection and enhances elasticity.
Eau de Qual finish. A pleasant unisex Eau de perfume created especially for your pet in Italy. This highly delicate professional scent is formulated not to interfere with a dog’s natural sense of smell and has become our signature Eau de Perfume finishing product.

Anal glands are visually checked for a healthy appearance only by your dog groomer. If a para-anal sac problem is suspected, your pet should be seen by a veterinary surgeon for confirmation of the diagnosis and advice regarding any necessary treatment. Non-medical personnel, like dog groomers, are not qualified to perform internal expression of the para-anal sacs per rectum. This is so that only registered veterinary nurses or veterinary surgeons may perform it, as it equates to the practice of veterinary surgery. Or as student veterinary nurses employed by veterinary surgeons and under their supervision.
Skilled laypeople like dog groomers or owners may express the para-anal sacs externally. However, a veterinary surgeon should have shown them how to do it, explained why it’s necessary, and how often to empty the anal glands. A veterinary surgeon should examine your dog if an anal gland issue is suspected to confirm the diagnosis and provide guidance on any necessary treatment.
Ear Health and Ear Plucking. Excess hair found around the opening or auricular part of the ear canal will be cleared as part of our hygiene service.
Removing small amounts of hair, wax or debris from a non-infected ear can be undertaken by a layperson, as this would not usually be considered an act of veterinary surgery; however, if there is an ear infection or the possibility of a ruptured ear drum, a veterinary surgeon should deal with cleaning or plucking. As a non-medical layperson, a dog groomer cannot determine whether or not a dog has an ear infection; therefore, it is the responsibility of a veterinarian.
Hair and ear wax or plugs inside the ear canal should be removed under your Veterinarian’s supervision. Ear hair removal from deep inside the ear may cause or exacerbate ear infections; as such, it is your vet’s responsibility. Your vet should inspect the ear canal after removing hair and wax plugs to assess if irritation or damage may impact ear health.
It is your responsibility, not that of your dog groomer, to seek out the expertise of your veterinarian to examine the internal vertical and horizontal ear canals, anal areas, and anal glands to ensure proper function and health.
