Each member of our grooming team is carefully selected and expertly trained by salon owners Lee and Martin. Our groomers are fully qualified to Diploma Standard and hold Animal First Aid and CPR certifications. We proudly use world-class luxury shampoos, treatments, and conditioners as standard within our advanced hydrobath systems, delivering targeted cleansing, coat conditioning, and superior results tailored to your dog’s individual needs.
Our dedicated hygienic hydro-bathing room is temperature- and humidity-controlled, with a fresh-air exchange system to maximise your pet’s comfort. The main grooming and styling salon is fully air-conditioned and equipped with continuous fresh-air circulation, ensuring a calm, clean, and safe environment year-round.
For your convenience, we offer on-site parking and secure entry systems, providing complete peace of mind from arrival to collection.

By signing the customer agreement and record card, you agree that any photographs taken on FCL premises become the sole property of Furst Class Lounge Ltd.
